Application Process

  • 1. Apply

    You must be a CUE student and complete an application. Log in to your CUE email account to access the form.

    You will get an update on your application in 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

    A new application is required each semester to continue accessing the CUE Cupboard.

    Important: Hampers are a temporary support for those facing food and or financial insecurity.

  • 2. Access

    After your application is approved, you can order a hamper online from the CUE Cupboard website.

    It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

    Each hamper can have up to 20 items total. All items have individual limits. Please read the item limits when selecting your order

    If items are low, unavailable, or you order too many, a volunteer will change your order.

    You can order one hamper every 30 days.

    During Fall and Winter terms you can order up to four hampers. In the Spring and Summer terms you can order one hamper.

  • 3. Support

    International Students: A meeting with the International Office to discuss other resources is required before receiving a second hamper.

    Domestic Students: Visit the Financial Office for advice on managing your budget.

  • 4. Pick Up

    When your hamper is ready, you will get a confirmation email. Use the link in the email to book your pick-up time. You must make an appointment to pick up your hamper.

    Note: Check your spam folder and mark emails from Squarespace as ‘not spam’.

    We do our best to provide food for allergies or dietary needs, but our supplies are limited. Check your items carefully to make sure they are safe for you.

    If you do not pick up your hamper within 7 days, your order will be canceled, and the items will be restocked for other students.
